Thanks for your interest in the Finance for Non Finance website.
My name is Jonathan Lamptey and the Finance for Non Finance website was where I posted my tips, thoughts and advice on finance, financial training, accountancy and research.
My goals are to demystify accounting and finance related issues using plain English and to provide individuals with the tools they needed to understand the underlying performance of their organisations.
My Professional Background
I’m a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and over the last 15 years my career has included work with successful organisations such as The Walt Disney Company, News International and Channel 4. I’m also an associate lecturer, consultant and a researcher at the London School of Economics. I have taught in the departments of Accounting and Management and received an award for teaching excellence.
I am passionate about encouraging people to make smarter financial and strategic decisions and I combine my professional expertise with academic rigour to regularly design and deliver training workshops for a range of blue chip clients across the globe.
